I have a 2010 TRX4 QC.... I also have the same issue. I noticed this a lot more after I swapped out my exhaust... Dual out behind the tires magnaflow muffler. I will be taking my truck back to the dealer for the K17 recall... Please let me know any info you find out about this.

So the people that are complaining about the MDS rattle,
why dont you guys just drop the shifter out of overdrive (???)
If you`re in 5th gear instead of overdrive, the MDS deactivates

I've had the same issue from day one on my Sport. It definitely seems like it is related to MDS, so that part doesn't surprise me. But I've had MDS in a 5.7L in a Grand Cherokee that was perfectly smooth, so either it is something with newer Hemis or the torque converter interaction is a big part of things. Sounds to me like they just need to do a little more tuning of some RPMs and shift points to find a way to avoid it. Anyway, I'm subscribing in case some solution turns up.

The TC shudder seems like a real issue, rarely happens on mine but I know the feeling yu guys are describing.

However, it sounds like about half of the "problems" that people are reporting are caused by swapping out the muffler they designed for the motor with an aftermarket noise maker. There was even a recall a while back to swap quieter mufflers on some models which were having drone issues.

Mine Hemi is seemless. I cannot tell when mds is active or not except when I look at the saver light. My truck is stock.

For those of you having issues, did you have the problem prior to swapping out exhaust systems?
