I know the standard answer is 6 to 8 weeks but with the crazy way things are I wondered if they were coming in sooner or even taking longer.

I ordered a Crew Sport 1500 two weeks ago.

I ordered everything but the moon roof, bigger gas tank, smokers group, engine block heater and ram box.

 

I ordered mine two weeks ago and the dealer is optimistic saying they should have it in about 10 days. I am not holding my breath.

I ordered a Crew Sport 1500, Inferno Red, everything but the smokers group, adjustable pedals, block heater and ram box. Got it with the Dark Slate interior.

 

I ordered an SLT crew cab with a bunch of options on January 2nd and I'm still waiting for it. I'm in st. louis about 30 minutes from the Fenton chrysler plant where they build Ram trucks but they built my ram in Warren Michigan for some reason. Supposedly it was going to arrive yesterday but it never showed up.

 

Well if it did arrive yesterday that would have been just shy of 8 weeks. So looks like it may end up closer to 8 weeks for your delivery.

I live in Michigan, not far from Warren so that should speed things up a couple of days.

I really am in no hurry as I have two more months on my current lease.

 

I ordered mine almost 3 weeks ago, as of yesterday it was on "hold" in D status. At this point my dealer either doesn't have any better info, or isn't willing to share.

BTW, i ordered a 1500 Crew Laramie, bigger gas tank, heated/vent seats, 4x4, with a rambox. Apparently, they aren't very used to people ordering all the fun options.

 

If I had to guess, rambox would be the hold up. I heard there was a delay on those. They are being built only out of one plant but I don't know which one. Just something I remember hearing when I was shopping.

 

I ordered mine about 3 weeks ago as well and the dealer told me last friday it was in "d" phase and was going to leave the plant on feb27th and add on another 2 weeks or so for delivery

 

I ordered my Laramie in October and it took almost 4 weeks. Not the 6 or 8 they told me.

 

hey guys whats up not to much here and yes i'm still waiting for mine to come in to.i ordered mine.. around 3-4 weeks ago and dodge told me that its on its way?when i don't know.but if any of you want to find out when and at what stage your vehical is at call this #1 800-992-1997.they will ask you for your name ,what kind vehical,model etc.and they'll let you know what stage,status,projected ship date. so thats where its at for me.

 

Order placed Feb 12, called VON into Warren scheduling same day, gate lined Feb. 13, picked up at dealer on Feb 19th.
