the lowest price i got was $320 installed. One dealer had the part at $232 but wanted $110 to install!

 

I would have gone with the one for $232. It only took me 5 - 10 minutes to install one on my '07 so it shouldn't be any harder on an '09.

 

that was my thought as well....although i haven't the slightest idea how they install - and oddly enough, i can't seem to find the info on the net either!

 

I pulled an old drop in from my 04 bed in favor of line-x and it had screws that clamped under the rail to hold it. It also had tie down anchors with a placstic plate that screwed in over the bedliner in the corners of the bed which also helped to hold it in.

 

I don't remember for sure, but I think the bedliner came with some plastic screws/clips to hold the main liner in the bed and then the tailgate piece screwed on.
