My Kit should show up tomorrow I went the 55W route to hopefully eliminate any kinda flicker light out annoyances .. lets not kid ourselves any kind of HID in a reflective housing blinds the **** out of oncoming drivers and we simply don't care otherwise we wouldnt be buying them. I always adjust the headlights down a bit when I put drop in kits in reflective housings but there is really no way to get around blinding oncoming drivers

I believe the portions he blacked out were not part of the direct reflector that actually directs the light outwards so it wouldn't do much. The only way to not blind other drivers is to use projectors that have sharp cut off lines rather then scatter the light in all directions like a reflective type housing
