I agree, cheap crap...no comparison to the deep reflection of a "real" chrome rim.

My biggest complaint is the slight harmonic vibration in the truck like Dr. Bill mentioned. Seems that not all trucks have it. Still is a great truck though with a lot more positives than negatives.

I haven't noticed any harmonic vibration, but you can't creep forward in traffic smoothly, it chugs as if it had a big cam in it.

Another thing, the vented seat fans have a vibration to them. I don't notice it when I'm driving, but sitting in traffic, it feels like I've got congestion in the back of my chest.

TOO MUCH POWER! The sales guy promised me that this truck gets good gas mileage. Bull, I put the pedal to the floor as frequently as possible to clean out the engine . . .

No problems, just new fangaled (sp?) stuff to get used to. The electronic throttle on the hemi is something to get used to, there is a delay from the traction/torque management to prevent wheel spin as much as possible. The truck is way to quiet, I keep thinking I should hear something, and the ride is just too comfartable! I mean if I wanted a cadillac I would have spent the extra $10+K.

JUST GET IT!

You're right, this truck is way too quiet. I'm used to a Jeep with 37" mud tires and a flapping noisy soft top, or a Challenger with a rock solid stiff suspension and a competition series exhaust that is LOUD when you get on it. I'm always driving 15 + mph over the speed limit with this new Ram truck because it is sooo quiet and smooth that I don't realize how fast I'm going. My wife is always telling me to slow down, and when I look down at the speedometer, ... sure enough, I'm speeding by way too much. I'm going to get a ticket for sure with this truck.

When I first got it, I kept going for the clutch. I was used to a rattle city death trap Neon. Now I have nothing to work on besides washing. I don't even know what to mod, aside from a future bed cover and the steps, the truck is just fine stock.

There has been a flash released (your dealer should have it) to smooth out the idle on them... Call your service dept. and see what they know about it.
