Complaints about your 4th gen?
Yup...I agree...would like to see miles till empty and avg.mpg on same screen!
I have only had mine a few weeks and my wife has driven it more than me but I gotta say it rocks.
Only complaints
Chrome Clad wheels........junk but can be fixed with some nice after markets and use the plastic for winter
Goodyear Tires same ones I had on my 03 Durango and this time if they dry rot in less than 3 years and 20000 kms I am going to get new tires from someone free.
I agree it is higher than it needs to be, I am same height as the bus drivers....LOL

I'm not too fond of the key. It feels like an egg; something a little more squared-off would feel better in the hand. Plus, I'd prefer the ignition switch be on the steering column rather than on the dash. I don't have much on my keychain, but my right knee keeps jabbing into them.
The power adjust pedals sit a bit high. Granted I owned a sedan before the truck and maybe all truck pedals are like this. But I have size 12 feet and I've lowered the pedals as far as they will go and I have to really kink my ankle to hit the gas. I flat-out have to lift my foot off the floor to hit the brake. After a long drive, my leg starts to cramp.
The plastic clad wheels suck. Enough's been said about them...
The chrome bezels around the dash A/C vents will reflect the sun right into your face if you're pointed in a certain direction.
Last but not least, the paint quality seems a bit poor. I've noticed some definite blemishes, including what appear to be large dust specks that were painted into the finish.
Other than that, she's a keeper!

That is good to know. What's the weight on it?

My complaints are a few:
-The leather on the bucket seats warps a bit, nothing bad yet. But have only had it a week or so.
-The chrome plastic inside will probably peel after a few years. Looks a little cheesy but goes with the woodgrain.
-Creaking noise is coming from the passenger sides window. The plastic outside the window makes a noise when the truck turns or twists. Should be an easy fix though.
-Front end feels excessively large. The hood and front feels huge! It should come with a rear AND FRONT view camera for parking. It's hard to judge how close you are to the vehicle in front of you when trying to park close. This of course gives the truck a mean *** front end, which I love.
-The city driving really kills MPG. If you are worried about gas and do lots of city driving, think twice about the truck. 12-14mpg in city, stop and go driving is normal. And thats with a light foot. Hwy mileage is great.
Aside from this, I enjoy the truck very much. I do have some complaints, but I'm very picky about things. I've clocked about 600 miles and so far the truck feels solid!! I've taken clients out on business and they enjoy the truck in the front and rear seat areas. Enjoy the ride and look of it. It's not the old Ram of before, which is why I started looking into them.

our second gen (360, rwd, modded) is lucky to get 15mpg, and my ramcharger (360, 300k) is REAL lucky to see 10mpg. ill embrace 15, even combined...
when you guys say that youre getting good highway mileage with a hemi, what is "good"?
by the way, thanks for the insight everyone..

18-20mpg is common for Hwy.
12-14mpg might be good for a truck. But not considering what happened the past 2 years, with an almost $4.00 a gallon price tag, things should have changed. This Ram was being designed and finalized in the middle of those prices. They should of worked some other technology into the truck to bring CITY mileage up. No way in hell this truck would sell as much as it is (or any truck,) truck manufacturers better get their head out of their *** and better things, or only contractors and a few other will be buying any trucks. Even the non-Hemis get bad city mpg. They got lucky gas went down, that brought a whole new gang of people into the market again.
End rant.
