Easy as pie to put on. I didn't like the trim piece after I cut it out. Used a Dremel. I ordered the TRX trim piece which is pre molded and it works great. About $9. The hooks were $187 from the dealer.

Wow - that's a lot! I wonder if there are any aftermarket options for front tow hooks yet ???

Mine had a locating pin on them and would only fit properly one way...Opening to the outside.
I could see if you weren't paying attention it would be easy to switch them and bend the bracket that the locating pin is installed in when you tighten the nuts.
You might want to check on that!

Has anyone actually added these to a sport model? I'd love to know for sure before I take the plunge.

The stock 4x4 sport rams don't come with tow hooks so they probably can't be added.

Mine also had the locating pin but were assembled wrong from the factory, thats why I thought they went on that way. I had to disassemble the hook from the mounting plate with the locating pin and swap it with the other hook. So if anybody gets these just make sure the hooks are assembled correctly. If not for this fourm I would still be running around with them on wrong.
