It's the correct one, the quad cab mat would be way too short. The minor concerns that I have about fit in the backs are:

1) It doesn't fit super tight by the rear of the rear doors
2) It has to be jammed under the center front seat when the passenger/center seat is all the way back. I'm guessing that they used a console model truck as their model rather than a bench seat truck.

As for the 1 digit difference in part number, I forgot to ask and didn't open up the second box.
