BIGGS000 the prices are MSRP AKA Sticker price. So after much research and calling around and the best price is that dealer in Texas giving 10,000 off. I was thinking of waiting till July hoping that they maybe can do better, but from what I hear the prices are actually going up.
All the dealerships that I've been too just don't care about making a deal, I've walked out of them all.

My goal price would be 35,000 out the door for that Laramie, but I doubt that will happen. I'm even willing to go as much as 36,500 but none of the dealers want to hear it. At that price I will only be at 37 ish with shipping.

Nate,

Mine was almost exactly like yours, minus a few things and it was stickered at almost 39k. I walked out the door financing 25k (with 2k down). The dealer kept going back and forth with her manager trying to lower the price. I bought the rust, paint, and undercarriage protection for 1,100 and they sold me chrome nerf bars and spray in bedliner for 500 bucks. They also threw in some free oil changes, but I think that's because I'm military.

I bought the truck in Nebraska almost three months ago. The deals are out there man.

Over here in SC, I got a screaming deal. The MSRP was a little over $47000, but the sticker was $1,050,000 after dealer markup and other add-ons. I got them to come down to $34,200, so I got over a million dollars off!!!

I bought my truck 2 weeks ago and it had a sticker of $39.730
I walked out the door financing less than $29K.

My friend let me use a Chrysler friends Discount and I also got a loyalty discount because my Wife has a SRT-4 Neon. Those 2 things right there really helped me out..

The truck even had some dealer add on's that they tried to use to bump up the price but they advertised it for the said $39,730 and the stuck to it..
