Ok. ordered my predator and the serial PC interface update kit. $330 for both to the door. now i just have to wait 2 months to use it. it's going to be a long 2 months!

 

I'm sure it can come across as arrogance, but you have to realize that they deal with questions all day long. some of those are probably stupid. While a question like, "what does adding timing do for me" is legitimate, they see it as a million more questions to follow. Just remember they sell tuners. It is not there responsibility to teach the end user how to tune.

That said, I have seen legitimate simple questions go unanswered on their forums.

 

Where did you get it and why do you have to wait?

Why did you order the pc interface? I thought it came with the ram version?

 

There will be updates to the crom. Also, if you want a custom tune from an online CMR tuner you will need the cable to transfer it onto the Predator/Trinity. The cable will allow you to back up your stock file and the last tune written as well.

 

How did you get it for that price? Military deal?

As for the 370ish.... I noticed on Diablos site they set a cieling for resellers. I like a company that will prevent resellers from sticking it up a customers rear.

 

no military deal, was thinking refurbished but the site says they are brand new... on diablosport.com there is a link that goes to the MRP.. if you check it out there is no MRP on the predator.. the MRP for the trinity is $599 which is what diablosportdirect.com is selling them for. i think truckaddons.com has the trinity for $599 also but their predator is still like $375 minus the $30 coupon.. this is why i bought it now instead of waiting.
