l hear what you guys are saying.l spent the last week writing emails and making phone calls. Dodge did step in and talked the dealer,dealer said they cleaned the headliner and thats all their doing.Which is total BS because the service manager said they can't do anything without approval,and they didn't do anything but ''fix'' the third brake light.My only issue is the headliner is stained,and they won't do anything.l refuse to give up,that just ain't right! They should at least offer a decent cleaning of the truck! BTW don't go to

What are you all talking about!!!The problem is with Dodge and dealer of course .The guy,Beerme,is right,there is so bad dealership and of course Dodge.The last time I hear so many problems from Dodge company,and a bad customer service!!!He pay a lot of money for this truck,and he need completely understand him and fixed all problems!!! But like dealer said he need one more opinion .....!!!! Oh,please,its really STUPID!!! Hey,Beerme,you know,you right ,go to Chevy or Ford, and you never look back !!! Good luck,man!

A headliner should require NO approval with proper documentation.Hell they COULD take a photo of the stain to attache to the repair order.A headliner is NOT a big repair.If its stained and obvious it should be replaced with no hassles.
