ROOF LEAKING!!!!!!!!! 3,590miles
Got in truck this morning, smelled funky-went to get something from back seat (passenger side ) seat was SOAKED!! ( rained in NJ last night)everything in underseat storage was soaking wet- Wet spot in roof liner!! Took shop vacuum and sucked a gallon of water from ceiling, seat, and underseat storage!!! Can only figure leaking from satilite antenna? Pissed!! Have to call dealer tommorow, only thing is l have allergies, and the back seat WILL develop mold,l want a new back seat and a roof liner (which is water stained)- Anybody have this problem?? Can't believe this!!! Bought truck in April!!! Got a feeling this is going to be a huge problem...
Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Get it back to the dealer and get them on top of this. Before my first Ram I had a Grand Am with a sunroof. It started leaking and it took 16 trips to the dealer, and a consultion from an outside contracter called "leak pro" before it was fixed. Can be a huge pain! I swore after that I would never get a vehicle with a sunroof again.
Shouldn't be a problem for the dealer to have it completely cleaned to ensure its allergen free once the problem is fixed either. Push them to do the right thing!

Rear window was closed. The water was coming from, and dripping from the corner of the ceiling liner, has to be the satalite antenna, trying to get appointment with dealer now

I agree, that seems like a lot, are you sure you got a gallon out of there?
While I find it hard to believe you had a gallon in there I think you are probably correct it came from the antenna, only logical thing unless it came in through the top of the door somehow.
Demand a new head liner and carpet.

Perhaps I can shed some light on this one.
I have a 09 Ram CC Lonestar edition (this is my third Ram...05 and 07 gone but not forgotten).
When I took delivery of the truck, the dealership washed the truck as expected. Got it home, but was not too pleased with their detailing work. They put too much ArmorAll on the tires, and product got slung up on the sides of the truck. So, I decided to wash her again.
When done, I started it up and noticed a funny noise coming from the back up sensor-indicator located in the back of the cab (the led bar array). In addition, got a message (on the EVIC) that the parking sensor system was having issues. I would not be able to get back to the dealership for a week, so decided I would just live with it.
After a couple of days passed by, everything went back to nominal.....no more malfunction of the parking sensor. I decided to investigate further at this point.
Jumped up in the bed, and looked closely at the third brake light assembly. The gasket around the light assembly was not firmly sealed against the cab. I took off the light assembly itself, and discovered that water was able to get into the cab from this point. When I washed the truck earlier in the week, enough water had penetrated this point to mess with my back up sensor-display inside the cab. After a couple of days, the sensor-display dried out, and everything went back to normal. I used some gasket maker to thoroughly seal the brake light to the cab.
All, check your third brake light assembly. This could be the source of the OP's issue.
