Default largest tire on stock 20s

ive got an '09 Sport QC 4x4.
it sounds as though most people with bigger tires have either raised or dropped the front.
i dont want to lift or lower my truck.
i wanna run the biggest tire (tallest and widest) on my stock 20's with stock suspension.
im thinking 305/50/R20 BFGs. maybe new wheels, too.
any thoughts?

I ran into some one at the gas station that had the 285/65/20 BFG's on his 09 ram and they looked awesome. However he did say in a full turn he did get a little rubbing once in a while.

i read on here that a guy had 305/50's on his truck and they fit with only a little rub at full turn so i ordered a set of 305/55R20 MT Baja ATZ tires. they were delivered this morning. I haven't tried to have them mounted yet and i don't think i'm going to.. i started looking around under there and there is only about a half inch or space between the stock tire and the upper a arm.. the new tires are about 3/4" wider on both sides.. i can't remember who it was that said they have this size but i would like to see how much room he has in that spot. so now i guess i will have to buy new rims or get different tires.. anyone know what offset/backspacing i need to make these tires fit?

I have 275/65R20 BFG AT's and they only rub slightly at full lock to the left on the plastic inner fender no problems otherwise as far as fitment but they killed my mileage probably lost 3mpg due to the heavier weight I am guessing?

If you guys are changing the deminsion of the tire wouldnt you have to recal the speedo to keep it acurate and also so the fuel mileage would be accurate???
