When I visit Programmer Upgrades, I have the 4 options (Data Acquisiting, 2 TPMS Options & Tuner Unlock), but when I visit Vehicle 01 Upgrades, I get a blank screen/page. Someone needs to be able to figure this out. Doesn't work on W7 or XP.
I am having this same problem and uninstalled and reinstalled the update software, but still the same problem. I called Superchips customer support and they said that not all of the vehicle calibrations were supported in the first roll out, but that another release is coming next week on the 11th. With that being said, I am going to PM Scott@Superchips to see if we can still use the coupon after that date because that would really suck if we had to pay for it just because our calibrations weren't included in the 1st release.

31.5" is the proper height for the 17s and 32" for the 20s it is the actual measured height of the tire mounted on the vehicle.most tires actually measure less that what the sidewall states usually by an inch or two tire sizes vary by manufacturer.if you set the programmer to 33 that would be for about a 35" tire and your shifts and speedo would be off.take a tape measure and go out and measure your actual tire height that is the measurement you want to put in the programmer

Yeah I found out setting it to 32inches was the most acurate acording to the GPS. So if somebody has this wrong their 0-60 and 1/4 mile times will be off.

I'm checking into this for you.

I need anyone else to call SC CS and open a ticket. Thanks.

Thanks to quick action by Superchips after giving them a call and PM-ing Scott@Superchips on this forum, my calibration was added to the system and was ready for download when I went home for lunch. Next step is to upload to pickup and see what it can do.

Thanks for all of the assistance.

05Dakota, it is worth a call to customer service and PM Sils Hemi on here as well. They should take care of you.

for the WOT Tq Mgt, do you set them to 8% or 92%? cause they're all in the 70-90 range with 2nd gear at 0 ...

This is a little more confusing than I thought it would be, but least there's SC settings.

I tried to follow the server shift schedule, but when it suggested to set at a mph ie.. 34 mph, the tuner would only go up to 26 as i followed line by line. I know it's just a baseline, but i wouldn't even call it that if you can't even plug it in correctly. maybe i'm just doing it wrong, but i double checked line for line making sure I was in the correct shift up/down, gear and line for line, some of those numbers aren't even possible to input...
