Hi scott,

I am very excited to try your product in the new truck but before I order, can you clarify this for me? will it work on the new 2010's I am picking my new truck up this weekend and the 1st mod was going to be your tune, please confirm. If it does not work on the 10's what is the ETA?

Thanks in advance

Were working hard to make 2010 support happen but it's not there just yet.

I will be sure to post up once they are ready for download.

Ok guys. First time I got to drive my 09 truck was today. I bought the truck as a rebuilder, and only got to try it a bit today with the new rad, condensor, etc in place. Now you know I had to "try" it a bit. Will these things not spin when you floor them? Found it awful soft on the bottom end. But it will eventually get up and go. Will the Superchips fix this? Is this what all the talk is about?
Thanks
Shawn

Hi Scott,

Thanks for the answer but that is not the info I was looking for.... Please give us an ETA on 2010 software... Are we talking 30 days, 60, 90 120 next year?

What is the projected release?

Relax man its not like baking a cake, anything with computers and trucks, take time. I have a 09 Ram Hemi, even with Scott saying its almost ready for 09's, I'm gonna wait atleast 6 months until I purchase anything as far as a tuner.Just call me a synic but I've seen too many times where tuners get rushed to market and it still takes some time to get all the bugs worked out.......................Kevin.

Pretty sure you said your name was 'Kevin" at the end of your post... Pretty sure I was ASKING SCOTT OF SUPERCHIPS a question...

If you want to answer questions...wait until someone asks YOU a question.

I do not think it is an out of the norm to ask a rep of a manufacture a question related and for sure relevant to the topic at hand.

Thanks.
