email/pm scott or ron @ superchips and tell them about your forum status, and how you ordered it, but shipping is gonna screw you. they will probably be able to work something out for ya. better to ask than not.....

That is exactly what I want to do, not so much move the shifts all around, just set the T/M for the best hit, for me that will be fine, this tuner has made so much difference already, now i have to remove the tune, going to get my FLASH for the ECO light, I actually dont like driving it without the tuner now,

Did any one else notice on the Superchips settings on the Internet, that the top speed was 156....WOW!!!, that means someone went that fast to give them the reading, who was it and what gear are they running?

How much will the update cost after the 7th? Eventually will the update be included if someone were to purchase a programmer in a few months.

i was running the 93 oct. tune.
i downloaded the new tune. stayed with the 93 oct. tune and the "superchips" tuning on everything else. torque management, shift schedule etc.

all i can say is WOW F'IN WOW!!! IMHO, its as big of an upgrade as when i first put the tuner on, over stock!!

before , with my wimpy gearing i could barely spin the tires with the 93 tune, and esp off. now i almost feel like the 3.92 guys, spinnin em for about 15ft or so. (was about 70deg. out today in MI.)

and this was with the "canned TQ MANAGEMENT values".

after asking SILSHEMI, i know how to adjust the torque management. you can adjust ONLY the torque management and still use the "superchips canned shift schedule". so im thinking by moving all the torque values to 8% might be even better yet than what i already have!

way to go superchips.

BIGTEXMARINE. i hope this sums it up for you. if i were you i would just load the 93 tune, pick superchips shift schedule, and torque management and your good to go. worlds of diff.
Great feedback my friend. Thank you for posting it!

i assumed the values you start off with (80%) etc. were stock settings?
You are correct about the stock settings.

8% is lower than the Superchips value for TM.

This is smart. Start off slow and become comfortable. Good plan!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Believe ot or not, I don't work for Superchips. I'm just an enthusiast like yourself, who has friends at Superchips. I just like helping folks.

Have fun with the program my friend.

It's a $39.95 upgrade after the coupon expires. No programmers, either new or used will have it. It's a VIN locked specific update.

Speed limiter is 140. Whomever made that schedule, set that number higher to graph the shifts. 140 is top end limitation in the program.

cant wait to add the new stuff to the truck. when i first hooked up the superchips when i got it, i was chirpin tires from a dead stop and blowin alot of other vehicles off the line. then i got the lift kit and with that added weight, not seeing the same impact off the line. hopefully with this new upgrade, i will get some of that back. that and i need to upgrade my gears, but that will come with time and more money. lol
