already made the statement I am no longer looking at a toyota, so I did make up my mind! on that!
but still on the fence about buying anew dodge!

as for the long posts, well they are what they are so I can answer the posts replys!!

and why is this post still going,
WELL,
I am still looking for folks that have a new 2010 2500 hemi, and if they had a 2500 before, what they think, does it shift/tow better than there old one!!
like in the begining of my post, that was what I was looking that started this post!!

I am asking these questions hoping to get real feedback before I spend 40 grand!

and an honest question i would think , and what post forums are suposed to be about!!, so I thought!

thus why i posted on here in the first place!
and last, guys I am not looking to make a 1/2 into a 3/4 ton truck, never said that, never wanted to !

I need, and use a 3/4 ton truck, why I have owned so many!

and Thanks again for all feedback, but
how about more about just what my post was for!
2010 2500 hemi owners, and what they think of the new 2500 to the older ones!

I only have 200 miles on my truck so I don't have much experience with it but the seats are more comfortable in my 2010 3500 diesel dually than the lexus GS450H I traded in to buy it. And the Nissan truck I rented last year to drive from SC to NY and back wasn't very comfortable on a long drive. The Dodge truck is a little harsh on bumps but I bet with some weight in the bed it will be more comfortable than the Lexus. Toyota and Nissan was not an option for me because I needed a long bed

I just adding my 2 cents, as everyone has...lol
Toyota builds a good truck for what it was intended to do, do not know what that is...As do all manufacturers. However you need to buy what is best for you. I say this again, I have owned every truck known out there, and they all have good points. I believe if you are using it on a daily basis for towing, pushing, or carrying you need a 3/4 ton, don't worry who's you buy, because they all love fuel. A half ton truck is for the weekend warriors going camping, boating etc. I work my daily truck hard. The new diesel fuel is not as MPG friendly as the old, so justifying a diesel now is hard, unless you drive a lot of miles. If you can wait till the next model year they are trying to come out with a 1/2 ton diesel that will average 25 MPG, this is through Diesel Magazines. Me personally, I would never own a gas 3/4 ton, they the all gobble fuel, all! But this is where you say...2.75 Gas?? or 2.99 Diesel?? Gas truck 30K Diesel truck 35K..8 MPG towing, or 14-16 towing?? Tow 12k or tow 22K Really hard to decide, no? Me??? 1/2 ton Hemi grocery hauler...work truck...3/4 ton "Cummins!
Good luck.
