Level kit: Help tracking down part number
Mechanically, the 20's from the '02 to present Ram 1500s will fit the 4th gen trucks, they are all 5 lug with the same lug spacing. I do believe that the '08s do have the pressure sensors, as a buddy has an '08 Quad and I think he has them.
As for hurting the computer by throwing a code for not recognizing the pressure sensors, I don't think it is an issue, as we run my wife's Camry all winter with different wheels with snows. The pressure warning light comes on after about 15 minutes and stays on. Two winters and no issues.
On my 300 and my Charger RT I ran 22's in the summer and stockers in the winter and never had an issue with the TPMS light messing up the computer. It would come on when the 22's went on and go off when the stockers went back on.
called the parts dept for the level kit....and of course all they could find was the 2500 level kit, she then called some 1-800 number to get more info and she was told they offer a level kit for the 1500, part number on the invoice is p5155211.......$199.00 parts/$250.00 labor and at first they didnt want to do a wheel alignment in that price but i told them its required process on the install and said they will do it
should take 7-10 days to get the kit in,hopefully it will come in sooner and i can get it on the truck

Anyone know what to do with the TRX models, yet. Superlift gave the cold shoulder. But Readylift wanted to help and they think their 69-1030 sst lift kit will level the TRX models, but I'm awaiting a response from one of their techs to make sure. It's also a much more expensive this way than superlifts level kit. Superlift offered no assistance on how to do it other than me finding on their website that their 4" lift kit will work. And, it's seems really expensive compared to readylift. Oh, and I am awaiting my dealership response on how to do it with the beforementioned part from mopar. Any thoughts out there???
