I also am from canada and have never heard of the big horn small horn w/e lol... we have basic, Slt, slt+ and laramie

i have the slt+ and it has all of the options you listed except cooled seats and uconnect

Matt3...Im glad you told me that, I am thinking that I pretty much have a 2010 ram slt with an 09 big horn package. What is your manufactuer date on your sticker on the door jamb?

Sounds reasonable. Probabally one of the early 2010's that they were still building like a 2009.

Since you bought the truck as it sat on the lot, unless the window sticker details something that is not on the truck I'd say you are SOL.

Actually, mine is still a 2009 model.

this is exactly why I crawled under my truck and verified the axle tag said 3.92 and popped the hood to see that hemi. I saw this mix up as well at one dealer.

OP - hope you get this worked out.

thanks for all the help guys. Im not gonna quit. Im stickin with the fact that I have a 09 big horn package on a 2010 truck. I will not rest until I am compensated or this is fixed.

AFF-What do you mean take the truck back?
