I have uconnect but I added it...but all the options except heated and cooled seats which are not worth a crap anyway...and mine is a Sport. Not to sound ignorant but if your RAM says Long horn or BigHorn you might be a redneck!!! J/K Talk about a badge not worth having on your truck. I hate the big RAM still havent taken it off but where do they put this Bighorn badge or is there one?

I have an early 09 SLT Big Horn. Came with the 20" wheels, UConnect radio, upgraded seats, duel exhaust, heated mirrors, overhead console and a whole slew of other options.

But one thing, on the sticker it calls it "Big Horn regional package". Maybe different regions get different packages. Just a thought.

 

you paid 2400 for the option either they need to make it right or refund your 2400.they are just playing games with you.hoping that if they drag it out or give you the run around long enough youll just give up and say its not worth it.2wd or 4wd makes no difference i have a 4wd and a coworker has a 2wd and the pkg is the same.big horn pkg includes 20x8 alum. rims,billet grille,dual exhaust,fog lamps,quad headlamps,luxury group,locking lugnuts,full size spare,leather wrapped steering wheel w/audio controls,auto dimming exterior mirrors w/signals and courtesy lamps,glove box lamp,overhead console w/universal garage door opener,auto dimming rearview mirror,vanity mirrors on the sun visors,underhood lamp,manual fold away power heated side mirrors,ashtray lamp,rear dome lamp,big horn badging,275/60/20 all season tires.and the reason it is a regional pkg is because it is not available in texas or canada.just as the lonestar pkg is only available in texas.too many people let the dealers and manufacters get away with this stuff thats why they keep doing it.also poor customer service has been a big problem for chrysler for a long time
