Yeah, here are the instructions:

Yup! you are right, I should have been more careful in reading the instructions. I had the jack stands under the axle and the wheels off before I realized my mistake. It really wasn't a big deal to put the floor jack under the tow hitch and take care of it.
Today I went out and drove around with 10psi and the suspension feels closer to stock and the *** end is what is was before the camper shell - maybe 1" higher.
