You've got a truck that puts out almost 400 HP at the crank, you've gotten rid of what little aerodynamics the truck shipped from the factory with, you are running heavy 35" tires with a LOT of rolling resistance on big, heavy 20" wheels.
What do you think?

If you did not correct the speedo, then the odometer is reading low
if you went from 31"" to 35" tires, you actually traveled 11% more miles
if you went from 33"" to 35" tires, you actually traveled 6% more miles

haven't done speedo correction yet but friends who have done the same lost about 3miles per gallon before i wz getting around 18miles pg avg. now im getting 10-11 driving like a grandma just doesn't seem right.Going to get the speedo done next week .Love the truck love the way it looks hopefully mileage will get better !!!! I was getting better mileage towing a loaded 14 foot cargo trailer with the stock truck.New to the forum just looking for insight will post some pics soon. thanks . p.s. went from 33" to the 35"s

You are also in Toronto. All MPGs, even stock trucks, took a hit over the past 4 weeks, it is called COLD weather (what is the global warming I keep hearing about?). Combine that with your changes and lack of speedo correction... You are in the ball park.
The weather/winter gas took between 2 and 3 MPGs from me. EVIC went from 17 to mid 14s and hand calcs are not far off from the EVIC.
This is why I put stock rubber size back on mine... I drive to far and have to watch what I do. If I drove less than 10 miles to work I would lift in a heartbeat! I already have one truck that is hard to get double digits with....

I just did 300 miles, mostly on the highway. Hand calculated 21imp (17.4US?) and the temperature was fairly cold. This was mostly running at about 60mph. I'm ok with this, as it equals the mileage I got with my F150 2WD with nearly 200 less hp.
