There's no concern for that. I will not be pursuing any legal action. I never intended to and I don't now.

The dealer recognized it could have been worse. I received multiple apologies from the service manager and owner of the dealership. They repaired everything to the best of my knowledge. I have put about 200km on it since I picked it up and it drives and handles as it did before. As far as I can tell they made it as it was before and did everything in their power to do it in an expedited manner.

This incident aside I still hold this dealer in high regard. They have always been nothing but fair and respectful to me and have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied (with this and any issue I have had before this incident). I am quite impressed with how personally they dealt with this situation. I have the utmost confidence that if any further issues arise from this they will be dealt with in the same manner.

I would think so too, but I have a good buddy I used to work with lost a front wheel when a wheel spacer failed going round an off-ramp on I75 in Atlanta, rush hour no less. Luckily centrifugal force pushed right off on the soft grass. No serious damage and his studs were still straight, not so much as a messed up thread...
