Default Knock Knock Knoc

Ever get a sound like a small person is inside the dash knocking to get out and it happens anytime but also the air won't move to where I put it too, now I had this updated a while back a recall I hope it just becomes and computer adjustment.

Sounds like a small person has trashed a blend door.

Yup, blend door is broken and actuator motor is skipping on the shaft. Must have broken before you had the update done because it should have prevented this.

You have an extended warranty or how much did ot cost? I'm at 53k with only the lifetime powertrain so I am surer they are going to charge for the repair.

YEP keeping it till tomorrow, they tore it apart and had to figure out which door it was anyway supposedly they did the tierod ends too I certainly hope there was an alignment at least partial. My truck had not vibrations, pulls nothing, not even any clunks under there maybe since what I read it was an improper installation issue and maybe mine will not require service just looking at???? Would be nice since it only has 17000 KMS.

So they actually put it back together still clunking because they feel its not a safety item and I have to bring it back Tuesday cuz they have to pull the whole dash. The only reason they did that is because my extended warranty covers a car but they did not want to rent a car they would rather do the labour twice, thrice who knows, but I am not impressed.
