Yah if you can post a pic of your RAM with your 1.5" and your bull bar that'd be sweet! Once I wear my tires down a bit and get some more meat under them. I want to put a light bar on the front of the truck... Probably a smitty bar, not sure yet though.

Is it really that much more strain on the the CV Axle?
It might have happened, could of been a fluke with his. If it dropped down, I'd venture to say the retainer clip was fully seated.. Who knows? Then with the CV joints, I wonder the same thing, did the third gens have this issue with level kits?

Ok I edited my sig pic with an updated one with all my mods on it. I will work on getting a side by side pic made up so you can see the lift better.

Just ordered the bilstein 5100 full set for my 2011 Ram 1500. Ive been seeing that many set the fronts to max 2.8 inches and then finding the rear sits a little low and then adding spacers.

As Im not looking to increase tire size from stock 20's what setting would be optimal for the front shocks to just make the truck look level front to rear?

Not sure what the increments are as the shocks have not arrived yet?

Should I set them for 2" 2.5"??? Is there a 2 1/4 setting?

Go with the 2.1" setting then... Just remember when leveling it out if you tow you'll be nose high. I added a spacer and airlift 1000's to help stop that. I had 580lbs of gravel in the bed of my truck and it made the rear sag just over an inch. Filled it up to 30psi and it was level.

Take measurements.. It'll help you figure out what you want.
