I don't know how you can blame the dealership in this case at all. As the OP stated it's NOT the dealer where he bought the truck. They are at the mercy of Chrysler for any and all warranty work or they don't get paid (and they don't get paid very well for the work that is ok'd).
They are at a lose/lose situation here and basically from what I've read in this thread have gone above and beyond on the OPs behalf.
You wanna throw rocks at Chrysler over the way the repair has been handled - fine, I'm right with you. But it's not the fault of the dealership who has done the repairs...

PS: The RAM is trying to get back on my good side, I held the door for a local police officer as we exited a WaWa the other night, I clicked my fob and the Ram lit up and he said, "whoa nice truck".

2,900 mile relocation coming up in June, I may hold off rather than put that mileage on a brand new Raptor.
