Like to know how you looked your 2010 up for tsb/recalls on mopar dot com, because the menu only goes from 2011 to 2013, no other years are listed in the pull down tab on the site. If you have a link, why dont you copy/paste it in here.

 

I needed a user & password so I so I wonder if the site changed. There was a lookup on ramtrucks also.

Just an FYI. Chrysler is expanding the recall on the pinion nut to include years and models listed below. Parts are still expected by end of first quarter.

Affected are 2009 Dodge Durango and Chrysler Aspen SUVs, 2009-2011 Dodge Dakota pickups and 2009-2012 Ram 1500 pickups.

 

About time for that

 

The only additional information I can tell everyone is that not all 2012's are involved. Most likely only the early builds but will post up more specifics when I get them.

 

'expanding the recall' - Amen!! Was the right thing to do knowing that those outside of the initial range had failures.

man i just bought a 2010 ram 1500 4wd crew cab 2 weeks ago, Im gonna contact my dealer to ensure they are aware of my address and information on file so when the recall is released for fixing that i get notified. does that sound like the right thing to do?
