Me too, hopefully someone else can get us a more definitive answer.

DodgeCares, I was notified 6/28/13 from my dealer that parts were in for M34 ( he only had a few, I was at the top of the list, parts came from Ohio, I am in Western Massachusetts). Due to the severity of the situation and the prolonged wait to get parts I was immediately brought in today 7/1/13. The M34 was done with the new pinion nut retainer and luckily I had no damage. The dealer did advise me that they have had several customers with severely damaged rear axles, FYI.

FYI:
Folks, if you have ANY rear differential issues "before" the recall is performed, the recall is NOT likely going to fix your problem(s). The recall was only designed to "only hold" the pinion nut in position and from actually becoming loose.

DodgeCares,
ther seems to be some confusion on these recalls for the differentials... from what i`ve seen, ther are 2 different ones, can you clear this up with everyone and let them know what are the actual parts between the two recalls. I believe my recall said N08

Here is the part number to the recall part that they just did on my truck: 1-CBHKM342AA
And below the part # on the box it says: 623-C 05/10/13 06:02
(i believe the 2nd set of numbers are "Lot# & Date and Time")

Parts that were inside the recall box: 4 new flange bolts w/blue thread lock, the retainer, 3/32nds hex bit to install the retainer.

Once the dealership figured out which differential recall part was needed for my truck, 10 minutes later i was out the door on my way.
