Hi and TIPM Relay Question
First MDS Hemi (3rd gen) came out in 2006, this newer Hemi (4th gen) has been out since 2009.
How long are you willing to wait?

3 years or 36,000 miles, right? Or is the powertrain warranted further?
Anyway, it continues to start daily. Sadly I'm not exactly certain why . . . nor is Chrysler. I wont report back here again unless it fails to start again in the near future.
Have a great summer!!

Unfortunately, it failed to start again last evening. I turned it off, opended the hood and relay/fuse box lid and re-seated all of the fuses and relays. Most of them didn't seem to move much. I closed it back up, and it started.
Hopefully there is a professional answer out there somewhere!

When it happened again, does it crank,(spin over ), and not start?, or does it not crank at all? and when this happens do the lights on the dash go out while you turn the key or is it quiet and the lights just stay on?
Thanks.
What's there to understand? It happens every 4 or 5 days. Someone is going to have to be observing it when it happens, PLUS there are several key pieces of data that need to be observed at the same time and you can only monitor so many things at one time. What if the first 2 times it happens (10 days) they don't happen to be watching the right ones? Driving it around as usual and telling people "LOOK! It did it again!" isn't going to do anything to fix your problem. You can leave it with someone for an extended period of time and let them do their job, OR you can start throwing parts at it......Those are your choices. There are only so many fault conditions to set DTCs that will lead someone in a direction. There are 10-fold more conditions that won't leave a trail. It isn't just a "turn the key and power the starter" system anymore. You have to factor Theft Alarm and at least 3 Computers into the equation to start.

Oh but I'm just the customer, the hell with me, I get to pay for it!
