Dodge Ripp Supercharger report and experience
RIPP
RIPP
I was under the impression that it was a finished product. Now as of today the revision 3 tune it seems like everything is running fine I will update you guys in a week.
So guys on revision 5.... rich codes gone torque converter error gone... now I am getting a lean error on start up so I will wait and see what revision 6 has to offer.... I am getting multiple tunes back in the same day so Ripp has be trying...but very frustrating... I think I am a month into this.... and the dealer that sold it as a plug and play.. maybe Ripp would have warned me about this I dont know...I am trying to stay as neutral as I can for review purposes and to give my experience..

"Ive never dealt with a company with such good customer service" ...glad to hear they're not neglecting you, but they don't seem to have a product that is ready for market. What kind of warranty is there? Any kind of 'satisfaction guarantee'?

My .02 - if they are just sending you tunes without having your truck on a dyno and monitoring the data port to actually figure out what is going on then they are not likely to actually get you a program that is going to work properly.
