How can you help a potential customer or even sell a product if you don't know all the ins and outs of it?

 

LOL...the funny thing about all of this is that you trusted.....A SALESMAN?

Its not that I trusted him, I thought he had some knowledge of what he's selling, and stop n go isn't the main reason for the new truck. It would be nice feature to have.
I carry freight and 6'4 bed works out great for my needs, but the problem was when I had two extra person in the cab the quad cab worked but wasn't very comfortable in the back for large people. The crew cab will allow me to fix that problem, plus rear seat is now heated.

 

So, let me clarify this my understanding. I think the title is off.

RAM didn't mislead, the salesman did?

It wasn't all customers, it was just you? (or those dealing with the salesman in question)

I totally ran over a female sales manager when I bought my Ram. So damn ignorant.

 

I`m sure she deserved it....rotflmao

 

Yeah...granted, I can't run her over TOO much. She had been used to dealing with NEW Rams. Not 12 year old ones.

 

Trusting a sales drone..........priceless.

 

Car salesmen....today at the Dodge dealer, next month at the Honda dealer, next month the Nissan dealer...you get the point. A generalization of course. There are exceptions.

although they should be, i have found dealer salesman to be very uneducated about what they sale, i have heard it all, i have corrected them a few times, and had them do the sacrastic giggle until i tell them to prove me wrong and then they just look dumb when they find out the truth. these trucks have over 100 possible configurations + At the end of the day we will be stuck with the product so i always recommend do your research and compare apples to apples
