"Salesman" mislead Ram customer
FWIW a good car salesman does not need to know everything about the car. In my opinion, the buyer should do their homework because it can't be expected that a salesman knows much about the cars on the lot. Certainly not every in and out.
A good salesman to me is a guy thet won't BS me, let ME lay out the deal and mitigate the BS coming from the sales manager. My last two purchases were this way. Very easy, very painless. ...except for that call from the owner (ya owner) of the dealership I did not buy from. Got into a heated discussion, ended up ending the conversation because I was in no mood to argue that his dealership sucked. I told him his baby was ugly, he did not like it, and decided to call me out on it personally. His baby is still ugly BTW.

dafuq? lmao
It's an expression. His baby in this case was his dealership.
Have you ever heard the expression: "I told him his baby was ugly?" The baby is anything they think is great.
Owner: My dealership is the best. We add extras on the price like desert protection plan (scotchguard spray) for $700, alarm system for $650, pinstriping for $250, window etching for $200, and ****ty window tinting for $300.
Me: I told him his baby was ugly......as in your dealership sucks because you try to add on a bunch of costs I refuse to pay for.
No owner wants to be told his business model of jacking up prices is bad business. He usually sits back and rakes in the cash, while paying his people **** money.
Dodge/Chrysler allows dealers to pull this crap. But that doesn't mean I have to but a truck from those dealers.
