No way man, you did fine. I would think that a dealer in a larger type city would have at least 2 or 3 techs that were aware of the PCMs with erroneous O2 codes. No matter though, because when you have ALL of those codes, know how to read O2 data and can test the O2 heaters, it should have been a slam dunk within an hour of the car getting to a tech. This is, of course, just my opinion. By the read, it sounds like they have one Master Tech. I hope that's not the case.
