Alignment
Just got back from having a tire rotation, tire tech comes to me and says the front tires have some cupping on the outside. Only 11,200 miles on the truck, never heard of an alignment issue with that low mileage. Anyone heard of this?
On a good side of this, they did not charge me the 20.00 for the rotation and were able to give me a great deal on a lifetime alignment for the Ram. Firestone rocks!

mine did that on both sides of the front tires at about 8,200 miles took it to the dealer and had them do an alignment under warranty service adviser said its likely because they tightened the chains to tight when they shipped it from the assembly plant to the dealer i smelled bs on that though so who knows what actually caused it and caused it not to show up for 8,000 miles
I am having issues too. I had the dealer do the alignment when I bought it last month. I had to take it back twice. The printout says it's good but it does not travel straight. I suspect their machine is jacked. When I get home I am going to take it to an independent alignment shop.
There was a post by LU229 a while back about an update to the 09 alignment specs , as he said in the post if your shop has not updated there equipment then you are wasting your time and money having it do there , ask if they have the updated specs loaded in there machine.

If my old azz memory serves me right, they changed the toe settings... BUT please dont hold me to that, your dealer will hopefully have that info.

I cant locate at this time, the spec sheet that came with my tie-rods when the recall came out, but i did find these specs (posted below) on another site. I`m not positive that these specs are correct/updated, maybe someone else can locate the updated specs and post them in here. It would be also good to see both specs just to see what changed between the old specs and the new updated specs if someone can post that information.
