I've got 221,000 km on my 2009 Ram Hemi (about 140,000 miles) and it's been a good truck. Body in good shape. I had a defective lifter replaced (warranty) and I've had issues with broken exhaust manifold bolts (common) but in the main my cost of ownership has been good. I would buy another one.

I currently have a 2012 with 54,000 miles no problems at all. I traded a 2005 in on it that had 128,000 miles with no real issues, front wheel bearings, upper ball joints, 1 rust spot on the bedside but still ran and drove great. I had a 2004 before that with 119,000 on it, the shocks and brakes were the only items replaced it also ran great but it was 2WD and I needed 4WD so it had to go. My truck before that I gave to my son, a 1995, that had 235,000 on it when he sold it and the motor and Trans were both still good and a decent truck overall. I don't go 4 wheeling off road but I do work them whenever I need them in snow mud etc., I tow whatever I need to tow and occasionally hot rod little bit but I don't deliberately try to get stuck or take them to the race track. If you take care of them they will be there for you. Just my thoughts and experiences.

I have over 112k on my 2010 Crew cab with the HEMI. Minus the regular maintenance items, the only other major issues I've had were getting the exhaust manifold bolts replaced along with the rear axle pinion nut, both of which were done under warranty/recall.
I'm starting to have a few small things here and there, but then again, I put a lot of miles on it (I'm the 2nd owner) and I'm always at construction sites. My driver's side puddle light is flickering and there is some odd creaking in my dash, but none of these things would turn me off from buying another Ram. I absolutely love my truck and very pleased with its performance.

I bought an '09 1500 last december, to replace my '95 2500 V10.
The 1500 has 53K on it, 2000 of it from me. Been sitting at the dealership for a week, waiting on a TIPM.
Other than that, been loving the truck. Original owner took great care of it.
Driving the '09 D2500 plow truck while the 1/2 ton is in the shop. It has 52,XXX miles on it, been a great truck with only one major problem, other than on rear door lock doesn't work.
Had to replace all 4 ball joints, rotors and axle U-joints at 51K miles. (AAM axles)
And while it is a plow truck, it's only had the plow mounted for 2 years (personal use, no commercial)
My '95 had the plow prior to that, from '97 until this winter (still use it, we swap the plow between the trucks)
The '95 has 118K on it, rebuilt the front end at 110K or so. (Dana 60 axle)
Would I buy another one? In a heartbeat. I've owned all the 'Big 3' trucks, and I like Dodge. The new Ford F150's are nice, but I still like my '09.
Now if I can just get it back and drive it!
