Default Limited slip differential

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 HD. It has a 373 rear end gear. Is there an easy way for me to tell if it has a limited slip rear end in it?

Grab your VIN number, and go here. Click on "Equipment Listing" in the left column, and on the next page, enter your VIN, and Hit "Submit". (or, whatever it is.) That will give you a complete equipment listing of your truck as it shipped from the factory.

All else fails, put in 4WD, get on pavement, then make turn as sharp as you can, you will hear tire chirp. That's the LSD.

Default 2012 ram 1500 open diffs what to do?

I have a 2012 ram 1500 4x4 with open differentials in looking for locking differentials front/rear and I have had zero luck finding anything. I'm also on a 6 inch lift running 37 inch tires so some gears around 4.10s would probably be ideal. I'll admit I do not know much but I know I don't care for open differentials on my 4x4 please help me.

Your truck is new enough, there should be oodles of stuff out there for ya. Detroit tru-trac would be good. No clutches to wear out. Would work in front or rear.
