2013 Ram 1500 after I did MDS delete install

Default 2013 Ram 1500 after I did MDS delete install

I recently did a cam and lifter MDS delete install and first time I started the truck I've gotten multiple cylinder misfire what could it be they came with their Diablo tuner so with MDS is turned off but truck won't idle and I'm getting multiple cylinder misfire code

The push rods can be difficult to get seated in the lifter correctly...exhaust if memory serves me correct.

It's not giving specific cylinder misfire codes. As far as the plugs for the solenoids I removed is there something I need to do with them or do hey just lay under the intake

When i did mine just left them under intake. With mds disabled had no issues.
