ABS Light issue....
So my in-laws just bought a 2016 bighorn 1500 yesterday with 108k and discovered the abs light is coming off/on. After a little research it seems the speed sensor fixes this issue?
Can anyone chime in for some help on this?

Agreed, there is more than one "speed sensor" associated with the ABS system, along with several other sensors (yaw, steering angle, etc.). Also, even if a code pops up for a wheel speed sensor, that doesn't necessarily mean the sensor is the issue. It could be a corroded connection, a damaged wire, metal shavings on the sensor, or a cracked or damaged tone ring. Diagnostic codes are just that, for diagnostics. Rarely is there a code that says "no kidding, this is the faulty part."

That code would suggest a fault internal to the module rather than a wheel speed sensor issue (are all 4 tires inflated properly?). This may actually be one of those cases where the code is pretty indicative of a particular part failure....
