NON transferable. The lifetime warranty goes out the window when you sell it, so don't include that as a selling point.
I have a 2wd Suburst Orange quad myself.

BigHorn and all that.

I did not know that the lifetime powertrain warranty didnt transfer, thanks for letting me know. Would 27,000 be a reasonable price to ask?

If you don't mind me asking, what was the sticker price? At the dealership I work, they are taking close to 14,000 off of sticker if you qualify for everything. (chrysler loyalty, etc.)

That being said, yours is used, so you'll have to factorthat in and the non transferrable lifetime powertrain warranty.

NOT trying to bring you down, just the economy we are living in now.

Just for comparison, my truck is a 2008, and very similar to yours, minus the radio, sunroof, and remote start, and it's Inferno Red. I bought it in May for $28k brand new with 114 miles on it (most of which was because they had to transfer it from another dealer).

I did a "Private Sale Value" lookup of your truck on kbb.com (to your description or my best guess) and it says $22k in excellent condition.

i heard somewhere that dealers are now using nada but anyway i checked both nada and kelly. Its worth around $24K - $28K but i doubt anyones going to pay that much for it with the gas prices. If you do sell it, what are you going to buy instead? I think youd be better off just keeping it. How much did you exactly pay for it when you bought it new?

Going to be a tough sell I think I ordered my megacab couple of months ago with the dealer installed nerf bars and line-x sticker was a little over 42k, got it out the door for 30,500 with 0 miles, lifetime powertrain, and plenty of new truck smell!

I hated my new truck smell. But like I asked and someone else asked how much are ya gonna be upside down on the truck? If youre not gonna double your mileage with a similar monthly payment then its def not worth it.

Why don't you take what you'd be upsidedown (I'm assuming 3-6k easy), keep the truck and buy a beater or a hyundai for 6k and enjoy the gas savings.

yep... your gonna lose you *** on this one should you really be dumb enough to get rid of it just because of the gas prices. If you drive it another 20,000 miles at $4 a gallon with an averagae of about 14-15 your gonna spend $5K anyway. Whysell the truck and then have to make up the difference to pay it off and get nothing for that extra money you dish out just because your letting your heart play games with you. Your not going to do yourself any favors by dumping the thing so soon after buying it. And to top it off youd be lucky to get wholesale for it even by an individual right now anyway since the market is over saturated with trucks and SUVs which means your looking at more like $22K anyway... maybe. So really you lost about $10K plus which is 2 solid years of driving it.

Sticker price was 42,000, i got the truck for 27,000. I owe on it now 26,000. I have two other vehicles that get good gas mileage, but thats not the issue. Gas is not a factor at all in this. I bought the truck as a show truck and was going to do alot of mods to it. But now I am having to focus on buying a house or at least rent a apartment. Cant afford the truck and a house/apt. From around here where I live trucks are still selling pretty well. I believe (I hope) I will be able to sell it for atleast 26,000.

My buddy is looking at one down the road from me at Jarrett Dodge, The window sticker is 38k....plus 5k cash back. Brings it to 33k.My buddy went over this weekend and talked them down to 26ish....he'll be picking it up over the weekend.

I doubt you'll get anywhere near 26k for a used truck when you can get a new onefor the same or cheeper with a lifetime warranty.....sorry

Keep the truck, or lower the price to the low 20's
