yeah.. i just went up tonight to look at a red 2001 2500 qc LB diesel.. 69,000 miles and they wanted 22,000 for it.. and only offered me 7,000 for my truck.. i said f*** that and walked out

 

For the love of god don't do it there's so much tread left on those tires . At least burn them off before you sell it .

haha i usually do.. but im hoping to get more outta it if theres still tread left do you think the price is a little high? low? i see stock 2001 1500's for sale all the time around here for 13,000+

 

Are you kidding there is a 01 sport at a local dealer here and they want 13500 fot it you better check www. kbb.com for yuor price.

 

yeah i blue booked mine.. its the base model so no power anything.. and it was 13.5 for good condition.. 7,000 sounds like they just want to rip me off and still have a nice 2001 dodge ram on their lot

 

Yeah dealers are like that they always want to make a butt load off you for doing nothing . The last time I considered trading my truck they offered me 3000 less than blue book.
Taht why I still have it if I decide to get a different truck in the future I'm gonna sell mine out right like your doing.

 

that's what they do for a living. buy low, sell high. never ever trade-in unless you've got a lemon you need to unload.
your mileage is low and it looks good. it just depends on the area and what they bring. start a little high, you can always come down if you don't get any action.
