Default JL w3v3... what do you think?

I have extra cash now... and after I sell my Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 ($150 or best offer) I plan on getting 2 JL w3v3's. I have an amp that is pushing 338w RMS per sub @ 2 ohms. So I am wondering is an extra 38 watts RMS is too much for a w3 since it's recommended RMS is 300.

No, you subs will be completely fine if you install them properly.

Depends on what the sub is rated at to begin with..and what type of enclosure your using.

well, the w3 is a 4ohm sub with 300w RMS. the enclosure is the same as the one for my infinity's. not sure on the cu. in. and stuff. ill talk to my installer on the size. and my amp pushes 338w to each sub at 2 ohms. its a 4ohm 676w RMS mono MTX TC6001. so basically all im doing is adding the JL's and ridding of my Infinitys.
