The Charger will not have the same fenders as the 300. Thats why thier covered. Thier gonna have a charger look to them. Anyway I pretty much agree with everthing you said. When I found out the charger was gonna be 4 doors i almost threw up in disgust. But when I saw the pick and found out that it would have *****, I decided to give it a chance. Im really excepting it because im a car guy more then a truck guy, and dodge hasnt had anything for me in a while, so im excited that there is gonna be a muscle"car" in thier line up. I call it a hotrod just cause its gonna be a preformance car. Coupe's dont sell well, Period. The Mustang is in a class all its own w/ consumers. A day could come where nobody wants a coupe except for a Mustang. Thats just the way it is, and dodge knows that and they dont want to loose b4 they get started. They wont go against the stang now. Maybe(hopefulyl) a challenger if the charger does good and kicks up the demand for a dodge coupe mustang killer.

Now that's nice. If they want to call that a Charger I'm sure people around here would be happier.

The funny thing is that NASCAR would never allow something like that in CUP racing.

 

That is a pretty sweet concept. I was just readinf the August 2004 issue of car and driver and they had some pics of 300 coupe. Its pretty sweet and would be awsome as a charger. I hope they make a charger out of it.

 

A 300 Coupe???? They must be reading some of those letters people are sending them about the upcoming Charger. Especially the Hate Mail.[sm=smiley2.gif]

 

They had 2 pics. One was a convertable and the other was normal. Just lookign at it you can see the perfect charger,its awsome. C&D said to expect it in 06' or 07'. If I have time ill scan them.

I think the Firepower concept looks a modernized version of the "Charger III" concept car from 1968 or thereabouts.
