But... The ACR is setup the way it is as Dodge knows most of them will never see a track. Some will see very little sun light. Therefore they are setup for the best street ride it can possibly be. Making use of a stock component does not make it modified. Sort of like saying when I switch into 4WD on my Hemi I am no longer stock or by taking out 15PSI from the rear tires makes me modified.

The competition coupes for both the Vette and Viper are different beasts all together....and we know how dangerous the C6R is....and since they retired it finally... I'm curious to see how the new ZR1 will hold up..

The F body was canceled because nobody bought them. Only 35,000 sold the last year of production. A good drivetrain wrapped in a crappy car.

My personal opinion is that the Camaro styling has been crap since 1982. The 1st and 2nd gen were great looking cars.

They sold 31,000 TransAm's the final year alone....... and just a hair over 42k for the Camaro....

That's almost 75k in sold cars that averaged about 26-30k per vehicle....

The fact is, an idiot at GM decided to cancel it....and then didnt factor in the complete lack of zero cars in their lineup in any brand that would replace it.

I was at my dealer Yesterday and the one that they had in the showroom had a sold sign in the windshield. 100K car. Silver with black stripes. VOI 10 version.
Just amazed me that these 09's still use the older style radio like in the 05 back RAm and my 07 grand Caravan. The HVAC controls are the same as my Ram.
