I think that this is a fantastic idea....and I dont know why someone didnt offer this sooner.

Wood in the bottom of the pickup's bed. I thinks it would be neat ...like those custom c10s and stuff.

Was that wood made to be a decoration, or could it actually take some abuse?

it could take abuse, companies put wood in beds back in the 40s and 50s all the time

My first vehicle was a 1948 Dodge 1/2 ton. It had wood slats separated by metal runners in the bed.

Well, my 20ft car trailer has a wooden floor. It takes all kinds of abuse.

The Titan has had a factory spray on bedliner since 04.
