This made me throw up all in my mouth. It is coming out with 300 hp. Big question..why? What is the deal with dodge creating 300-400hp stationwagons? Horrible. Why can't Dodge make a 30K, light, turbocharged, 2-door, clean looking sportscar????I would buy it!

 

I agree, but I still like it... I don't love it, but I like it... And it's not a station wagon... It's a hatchback...

 

Do we need another futuristic school bus though? This car has soccer mom written all over it.

 

LOL. I don't know of any soccer moms who would line up to by this car. I would like to see a small two door sports car with the SRT-4 designation, that would be sweet.

 

Even the Caliber in coupe form would be sick...

But here's the thing... The Caliber gives you a well built vehicle, that will run with Evo's, let you pack things into it you never dream of, room for friends, great features and unique looks... all at a VERY fair price...

Here's what I think of... How great will a nice sound system be in that hatchback?! All that room, no trunk/seats in the way... BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Really what's the difference between this and a car... Only difference is, there is no trunk/seats/wall in the way...

 

I have an 05 SRT-4 and I was hoping they would have just made a 2dr. Maybe AWD? Oh well, gotta love engineers[&:]

 

It's not engineers it's all about cost. If DCX keeps the same patern it started with the large cars a sedan will come followed by a coupe.

The thing doesn't look like a station wagon, it looks like a tiny minivan ... why put all that power into something that looks that stupid? sure, it's practical, but if we wanted practical we'd all be in caravans. I'm still ticked off about the neon leaving.
