Not currently, but I'm sure one will be available soon. This is still a totally brand new car so 3rd party accessories are still being developed.

as soon as it is available.
-30mm springs. (I hope that Eibach or another do it)

Does caliber Chassi is the same to another car?

maybe the lowering spring are the same as the other car.

still no news about this?

does anyone know even it isnt lowering.. but more stiffer springs for the suspension.
is the anything available?

or a aftermarket damper more sporty... as a Koni or Bilstein or another manufacturer... for the Caliber?

the european reviewer.. give always bad reviews on the suspension...

like:

...."But it’s no handler. Undulating roads send the suspension into floatation mode."

..."The handling is stodgy."

cheers, fLAVIO

My AWD R/T handles better than any other car I've driven. And I've driven a lot of cars since 1982. You can qoute me on that

Schumy

but isnt because yours is a AWD?

here in Europe.. tey are FWD... and the 2.0CRD... they also say that does a lot of torque steering..
I have to ask KimBo K. for his experience.
I hope finally in Portugal.. in the begin of July Chrysler/Dodge "Stealers" have them for test drive.

but even so... is there any upgrade for the suspension for the caliber available?

regards, fLAVIO

Yes, I'm sure that's quite a different animal. Maybe I should go find a 2.0 fwd at a dealership and take it for a spin.
The first one I drove was a Black AWD R/T, and I knew right then, that was the version I was talking my wife into. The Caliber was replacing my 94 3.0 Duster and I wanted something that at least outhandled my little monster:

It's a shame they aren't offering you the AWD.

I have an SXT 2.0 w/CVT, and I have a blast driving this car. For me, it handles curves, turns, and corners beautifully. It's no race car, but I kind of figured that out right off the bat. But, it handles a whole lot better than I expected it to. This is the kind of car that you either love it, or you hate it, and after reading that review, I knew that this was a person who hated it before they even drove it. I'm kind of glad I didn't drive the R/T AWD, because if mine is this much fun, the R/T would be even better. Kind of like having the R/T, and then driving the SRT.
Good luck with the lowering!

My RT handles fast corners very well stock, very on par with past cars and trucks I've lowered with sport suspensions. I ripped a corner the other day, a long u turn from one highway to another at 60 plus mph passing cars on the inside lane. I've never taken it faster than 45 in my other car or my bike which I corner very fast on. Can't wait to lower this thing 2" add sway bars and even better shocks. I wouldn't call it a true sport car but the RT handles pretty darn well with the AWD.
