Thumbs down code chasin'

Chasing codes can be a complete waste of time; a years worth. The timing belt was all but broken, after 108k miles. Recommended severe service interval is 120k/120mo, and this van is neither. Every tooth on the belt around the crank sprocket was shredded off. Now, I'm certain that I'm looking at a new head, but still hopeful.
Just thought I'd post a solution. Sometimes a ASD Relay circuit code can be a faulty timing belt!

Put and new timing belt on first, before removing the cylinder head. You could get lucky and not bend any valves.

Question Running!!!!!

Praise be to God! Other than the miss from year old fuel, it runs good. I think a little SeaFoam will help with that. Drive it to work tomorrow, get it inspected, change the oil, and fill the tank and we'll see what happens.
Now, another question: It appears that the crank/cam sync difference is +2.9 - 3.0 degrees. This doesn't seem to effect the way it runs. I did have the timing off a bit and got the P0016 code; at that point I was -14 degrees out of sync. I adjusted the time on the intake cam by 2 teeth and got to where it is now. Once I confirm that the miss if from stale fuel, can't I adjust the crank sensor a bit to get that sync difference number closer to 0?
