I have a 99 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8L 163k miles I was driving it and it was running fine.I parked it a couple hours,I got back in it,put the window down,then started it and it died when I went to put it in gear.So I started it again went to put it in gear and it died again.Now when I go to start it the dash lights come on but when I turn over nothing happens it doesn't even try to crank.

Your ignition is locked out, because of the SKIM key module. Its also known as a immobilizer. You need the dealer to replace the module and program the new module.

 

I just charged the battery turns out it was only showing like 8 volts.It starts now but the none of the guages work and the ALARM SET light keeps coming on and off.
