Angry Rear Blower Motor

I have a 1999 Grand Caravan SE. The rear air stopped working a few years ago. I have removed the blower motor but I don't know how to test it to see if it is bad. It has a four pin plug, which I can't find documentation on it anywhere. The front unit is easy to check with having just two wires that I can connect directly to my battery to test, but how can I test the rear?

Thanks for the info! I hooked it up straight to the battery and didn't get anything from the motor. So it confirmed my suspension that the motor is bad! THANKS AGAIN!!!
