We I got tired of trying and I sent it to an auto electric shop. I was told it is the turn signal switch that is bad. Not sure how that relates to the headlights though. We tested those yesterday and they worked. The part is 63 dollars at autozone. Looks easy enough to swap out.

I had a '91 Grand Voyager, and a "93 Grand Caravan.

The same thing happened on both of them. I unplugged the daytime running light control module on the firewall in the engine compartment, and headlight function returned. The only remaining problem is that your hi-beam dash indicator won't light up when you put the hi-beams on. (small price to pay).

This worked, until I could get to the wreckers, and pick-up a used module, and swapped it out. ( it's a two-minute job)

(wish it was that simple on my 2004 !!!)

 

New guy here. I am trying to install a 9007 series HID light harness and am having trouble with it. Can anyone tell me if it is even the right one? The high beams will stay on and I can not get the low beams to come on. Do Ineed 2 bulbs with it or just one? Any help will be greatly
